In case you wish to change one or more products of your order, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt of your wish!
The customer can return the products he has bought from the online store because he simply changed his mind, within fourteen (14) days of receiving them.
A necessary condition for the change to take place is that the product has not been used and is in the same excellent condition in which you received it.
The product is changed through the exchange process. That is, if you choose the product of your change and we send you the new product, you are obliged to deliver the return package to the courier.
The cost of the change depends on the area where you will send it and the volume of the product.
Order cancellation
Your order can be canceled at no charge if the products are at a stage where they have not yet been shipped. In case of cancellation of the order after the shipment, then you will be charged with the shipping costs and the costs for the return of the products to us. Product Returns Policy
To return, products you bought from www.artfab.gr (within 14 days), you must send the document (receipt or invoice) issued by our store and accompanied the products you bought when sending them. The products are returned in their packaging, which should be intact. The return can be done by sending or by delivery of the products to our physical store ART FAB in Kolonaki, Athens, at 6 Leventi Street, PC 10673, Greece. Returns are only possible if the products are in their original condition and have not been used. Refunds can only be made in the same original way of payment for the purchase of our products. Refunds can be made only after we have received the products to be returned In case of repeated returns by the buyer, www.artfab.gr, will have the right to refuse to accept product returns, due to abuse of the right of returns/changes.
